Kelly Gaines is a results-driven executive and strategic leader with over 20 years of experience across sales, marketing, operations, and business consulting. A Northern Illinois native and Nevada resident since 2014, Kelly brings the straight-talking work ethic of the Midwest and the forward-thinking ambition of the West to everything she builds.

She passed landmark legislation, started Southern Nevada's first trades high school, launched a nonprofit, co-founded Construction Cares Inc., and ran one of the state's most notable construction trade associations — all at the same time. Her superpower? She knows where to start — and she knows how to finish.
